What to Expect
The Pre-Visit
First off, I want to extend the warmest welcome. I know how scary it can be to look for a new stylist. I hope to relieve some of the nerves.
The online consultation form allows me to know you and your hair before you even arrive at the salon. I will message you with more details and a welcome packet to make sure we are on the same page and know what to expect for our future appointment(s).
This is important, creates an open line of communication that I love to have with each individual client.

Once you are at the salon, I love to sit down and go over what we talked about with the color choice, haircuts, etc.
Double checking any possible last minute changes you may have.
