Salon Policies

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations and reschedules must be done before 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a rebooking fee amounting to 30% of missed service scheduled.
Due before your next appointment can be booked.

Late Policy

Communication is Key

  • Notify me if you are running late, no communication can result in a no-show

  • 15 minutes late can result the need to reschedule your appointment with the added rebooking fee.

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late and haven't communicated, this will result in a no-show.

No Show

Communication is Key

  • 50% of the scheduled services will need to be paid. This cannot be used towards any future services.

  • Reoccurring no shows will result in being permanently banned from any future services.

Deposits

  • A 20% deposit is required to book any appointments that will take longer than 4 hours and go towards the service scheduled.

  • All extension services will require the hair to be paid for at least a week before scheduled appointment during the consultation and is nonrefundable.

Adjustments

Loving your hair is my top priority 

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please notify me within 7 days of the provided service,
    I will happily go over options of adjustments and we will schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment.

  • Going to another stylist, or adjusting your own hair voids all adjustment possibilities.

Refunds & Returns

  • No refunds will be given on services or deposits.

  • Hair bought for extension services cannot be refunded nor returned, if there is a manufacturers issue let me know ASAP and I will contact the company on your behalf.

  • Product refunds will reflect the amount of product that has be used.

Children at the Salon

No children are allowed in salon without their own appointment. If you must bring a child, please make sure they are not running around.  I have very limited space within my salon suite and they cannot be left unsupervised in the lobby. This is for their safety.

For a Children’s Appointment the following is required:
✨Ability to sit still for the duration of the service
✨Ability to follow directions.

Photography

When visiting you consent to having your photograph taken and potentially shared on social media. If you do not want your hair to be showcased on social media, please let me know and I will honor your request.

I do not share any photographs that reveal client's faces without their explicit consent. 

Grace will be given as seen fit in lieu of weather, sickness and personal matters etc.
